Mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelských sporů
Pokud by mezi mnou a vámi (pokud jste spotřebitelem) došlo ke vzniku sporu z uzavřené smlouvy nebo v souvislosti s ní, máte právo podat návrh na mimosoudní řešení takového sporu subjektu mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů, kterým je Česká obchodní inspekce (adr.coi.cz).
Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution
If a dispute arises between us (provided you are a consumer) from or in connection with the concluded contract, you have the right to submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
